An introduction to Data Culture

Data culture is at the very heart of our beliefs as an organisation. We are using data to change the world but in order to achieve this aim we need to change the whole approach our industry has to data in general.

We do this through data culture.

In essence, data culture empowers organisations and people to begin to see data differently and begin to actively use data as an asset. If culture is the shared values, assumptions, beliefs and stories which influence the way people feel and act in an organisation, then Data Culture is the set of assumptions, beliefs and stories which drive the feelings and actions in relation to data and its value.

Our CEO, Ed Broussard recently gave a keynote talk, explaining all about data culture and why it is so important to implement a data-driven mindset in your organisation, especially one which is trying to change the world.
