Data Domain / Owner Assignment Prediction
Summary
The assignment of a Critical Data Element to the correct Domain can be a highly subjective, complex process. Our Value Goal was to use Machine Learning to reduce complexity.
Impact
We delivered a machine learning prediction for Domain assignment, leveraging pre-existing mappings to train clustering model. We can further tune this algorithm to only make suggestions above certain confidence thresholds to increase accuracy of the predictions.
