What makes us different and gives us purpose is that we are obsessed with creating lasting value in everything we do. It has to matter for it to be important.
It has to matter for ourselves. We encourage our people to broaden their perspectives, learn new skills, make new connections, acquire knowledge and experience, practice creativity - to continually increase their own value and their ability to create value for Mudano and for our customers. Personal change has to matter to everyone at Mudano, and their change matters to us.
It has to matter for our customers. We are doing things that no-one has done before. Redefining what's possible for our customers: showing them how to extract meaning from data that illuminates their business; demonstrating how the application of intelligence, reason, science and design creates insight that influences strategic choices. In other words, doing things that matter. We are focused on outcomes . On creating business value. And we want to be measured - and rewarded - based on the value we create . Showing how what matters to our customers is what's important to us.
It has to matter for the world. Mudano was founded because we saw a problem in our industry that we are compelled to address. The business of change is archaic. Very little of the technology innovation that's revolutionising business models is being used to improve the delivery of change. Which means the industry continues to waste billions on change projects that fail to deliver their full value.
We are doing something about this. Through our investment in Delivery Science and our mission to build the Autonomous Project - technology, data and algorithms working alongside highly engaged teams to massively increase project efficiency and the creation of real business value.
One day, all projects will be delivered this way - that’s why what we are doing matters to the world.
